CS Shetty will be the new chairman of State Bank of India

Challa Srinivasulu Shetty will be the next chairman of State Bank of India (SBI). This has been recommended by the Financial Services Institution Bureau. Current chairman Dinesh Khara will retire on August 28. Shetty will take over on the same day. Shetty, who has 36 years of experience in SBI, was among the most senior contenders.
